Additional Equipment:
Sitting on the hard in Massachusetts, this representative inspected and photographed her on December 9th, 2015.
What a pleasure, even though she was not rigged, her lines and interior appointments are very visually appealing. Currently, the owner is completing his winter preparations while we still have 50 degree days, for some odd reason, here in New England.
Sellers SOP for the winter months include........
- full winterization
- cockpit cover followed by shrink-wrap
- cleaning
Below, this racer is very clean and unworn. All the woodwork is in excellent shape along with its joinery.
The Volvo sits under the companionway, with access thru the starboard quarter-berth as well; and it is a clean compartment.
In 2015........
- The rudder bearing was rebuilt and a sleeve installed for same. A new rudder tiller arm was also added at this time.
- Battery bank and starter battery replaced new
- Replaced Lower Spreaders
In 2014, the Head was replaced with a new fresh-water system and set up for offshore option.
Last haul-out and bottom job - Sept, 2015
BTW buyers, the images taken Dec 9th of her on the hard are NOT showing snow on the ground, those are crumbled sea shells in the yard.
*************BUYERS PLEASE NOTE*************
The last 4 images show the new bow chocks that were installed (Dec 2015) replacing the old mooring line setup.
